IVAC has successfully produced 5 lots of absorbed vaccine A/H5N1 (FLUVAC) using NIBRG-14 Strain and embryonated eggs. The immunological response in animals (mice, guinea pig and chicken) has evolved high titer of anti-haemagglutinin (from 40 to >320 HIU) and reached average ratio from 76,6% - 100%.
